HiLids is a hat and swag design shop based in SoCal. With a diverse team of designers, marketers, and collaborators we aim to have fun with designs.
Started in 2024 in response to frustration with politics, boredom, and the need for a creative outlet, our team created the shop to express support for our values: minority rights, political progressiveness, and a not-so-silent resistance to the far-right leaning politics dominating the day.
Need something custom? We collaborate with all types of groups to design and create swag for fundraisers or individuals.

Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

- Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and must meet the same return conditions.
